Introduction	3-Cysteinylacetaminophen TFA salt is an acetaminophen-protein adduct formed during the metabolism of acetaminophen. In mice, 3-cysteinylacetaminophen decreases renal glutathione (GSH) levels --- an effect that can be blocked by the γ-glutamyl inhibitor acivicin.
